Our delivery locations include Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton. Minimum orders for delivery are set at $39.95 and delivery fee starting at $12. All orders will be processed and delivered in a timely manner and be delivered on the requested date provided if enough lead-time for designing is given. We will deliver the on requested date, however, no specific times can be guaranteed. Larger and special orders will require more notice for additional design and prep time. This includes but is not limited to wedding and funeral pieces, as well as specialty products. Certain substitutions will be made if needed based on the currently availability of flowers. Please be assured that we will only substitute with the absolute freshest flowers we have and they will always be of equal or greater value. This is to ensure that your order arrives on the delivery date requested.
If there is a dispute or claim that a recipient did not receive his/her delivery on the requested date we request 24-48 hours to investigate any issues after being notified. We must be notified of any and all claims in a reasonable time period. This is also the case for quality issues. Please note that flowers are perishable goods and we do physically inspect all quality disputes to better determine how the issue can be resolved. Please note some higher-end flowers have a very short after-market life and we do our best to preserve their lasting quality and provide the freshest flowers. It is the recipients responsibility to continue proper care of the product. Proper flower care instructions are usually provided with every order but customers can feel free to call us if they require additional assistance.
If a customer for some reason does wish to make a cancellation for an order, this must be made PRIOR to processing and/or the designing and delivery of the order. Cancellations will not be provided if we are provided with incorrect shipping information that prevents the timely delivery of the order. We will gladly allow for the customer to obtain the correct information to allow for proper delivery of the order. If for any reason a recipient refuses to accept a delivery or we were prevented from doing a delivery for a similar reason we will not provide a refund. Mypassionforflowers.com is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Delivered Products:
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. To change an order that has not been processed, please call right away.
Holiday Deliveries: Any order received three days prior to a holiday is considered to be a last minute order and cannot be guaranteed for a specific delivery time or, delivery day.
